Your Learning Journey

Foundation Phase (4 Weeks)

Start with the essentials—ingredient science, equipment mastery, and fundamental techniques. By week's end, you'll already be creating quality basics that'll make your friends jealous. Remember, even the fanciest cakes need a solid foundation!

Bread & Pastry Immersion (6 Weeks)

Dive into the world of yeasted doughs, lamination, and patisserie classics. This intensive block will challenge you—I still remember my first disastrous croissant attempt—but the satisfaction of mastering these skills is unparalleled.

Advanced Techniques (5 Weeks)

Time to play with sugar work, chocolate tempering, and decorative arts. These sessions get creative, letting you express your unique style while building show-stopping skills. Some of my favorite classroom moments happen during this phase!

Capstone Project (3 Weeks)

Bring everything together in your signature creation. You'll conceptualize, test, refine, and finally present your masterpiece to a panel of local culinary professionals—a nerve-wracking but incredibly rewarding finale to your journey.
